Historic Fort Mifflin on the Delaware, Philadelphia, PA
Jamestown - Many members of Lucerne went to Jamestown Settlement to
help out with the 400th anniversary of the landing at Jamestown. Also in
attendance were Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Philip, Vice President Cheney, Lynne
Cheney and President Bush. The event included Gardiner's Company of the
Southwark Trained Bands and other 17th Century reenactors.
Food Guild - Many of our Lucerne members enjoy researching
and preparing historical period dishes.
